With YOUR support we can change lives…

On Saturday night March 26th at 7:00 PM the Equal Footing Foundation is putting on a charity dinner and Gala. It is a great opportunity for you to support a great cause and at the same time network with many successful local business owners, real estate investors, and current and former professional athletes who live in the San Diego area.

The Equal Footing Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that was founded by Than Merrill a former NFL Player and his wife Cindy Phillips a current professional beach volleyball player. The organization promotes and provides funding and opportunities for underprivileged children to participate in sports programs.

EFF’s mission is to promote healthier lifestyles and provide opportunities to young athletes. The foundation focuses on lower socio-economic areas of San Diego where a lot of athletes never get the opportunity to participate, can’t afford athletic equipment, and or quality coaching. The organization has raised thousands of dollars for children and already made an impact in the lives of many individuals in San Diego.

The organization has a goal of someday providing full college scholarships to younger athletes who not only demonstrate athletic prowess on the playing field, but more importantly have performed in the classroom and community activities. Many of these young adults might not ever be able to afford higher education.

This will be a splendid dinner and evening where you will get the opportunity to network with other attendees, eat, drink, and have a good time. The goal is to raiser awareness and funding for the organization and at the same time get the chance to hear about it’s mission.

The Gala is being held at the beautiful Bahia Hotel Ballroom
