Women all around us impact our community through leadership, entrepreneurship, philanthropy and creativity. How can we support them more?
At the same time, young girls on the streets of San Diego are fighting for their lives as they try to survive the epidemic of sex trafficking. San Diego is one of the top cities in the country with a shocking 810 million dollar sex trafficking enterprise.
Join us and The Equal Footing Foundation for this charity mixer celebrating women and girls. Come meet, support, and uplift women who are doing great things in our community while also supporting the courageous young girls in San Diego who have been traumatized by sex trafficking . As we focus on highlighting the work of local women, we will donate 100% of profits from this event towards San Diego’s first ever recovery home for minor victims of sex trafficking.
It is sure to be a night of inspiration and collaboration. Wine and light appetizers will be served.
In keeping with the evening’s theme of celebrating women, we invite you to think of a hero of yours and represent her somehow in your dress.
